The role focuses on sustainability performance, collaborating closely with country leads and supporting local teams to meet global sustainability goals.

As (Senior) Sustainability Community Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting countries and subsidiaries in implementing the global sustainability strategy through local measures
• Identifying improvement levers and assisting in local planning and implementation
• Providing guidance and practical tools for local sustainability leads
• Coordinating measures across countries for consistency with global targets
• Tracking progress and developing a global status dashboard for transparency
• Developing and managing the sustainability community, facilitating knowledge sharing, and organizing stakeholder communication
• Ensuring stakeholder access to information and developing ideas for broader employee engagement
• Supporting global sustainability reporting, including data collection and report preparation

• 3-4 years of professional experience in an international context, ideally in sustainability or project coordination
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, KPIs, and related projects

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; German is an advantage
