Regional Business Manager (gn) Biosimilar, Brandenburg

This position involves managing the company's oncology portfolio at regional stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and networks. The role focuses on expanding business volume through stakeholder interaction, collaboration with marketing, and developing support projects.

The RBM manages all cross-functional activities within their geographic area, maintaining constant communication with identified customers through various channels, emphasizing building holistic partnerships rather than just daily visits.

Responsibilities include engaging with oncology physicians and stakeholders, planning activities, supporting market access, providing scientific advice, developing interaction formats, maintaining customer relationships, acquiring new clients, achieving sales goals, organizing events, managing administrative tasks, analyzing sales trends, creating business plans, managing budgets, and participating in conferences—all while adhering to compliance regulations and utilizing IT systems effectively.

Requirements
  • Degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical-technical assistance, or as a certified pharmaceutical representative
  • Strong contacts within oncology stakeholder networks
  • Proven success in relevant roles
  • Knowledge of decision drivers in treatment, reimbursement, and health economics
  • Experience in marketing support and project management
  • Experience with biologicals or biosimilars is desirable
  • Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
  • Reliable, structured, responsible, and independent work style, with team ability
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
