Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

We are the German subsidiary of the world’s leading supplier of simulation and training systems for pilots and flight crews. We design, produce, and maintain state-of-the-art training systems for flight and land simulation, as well as networked simulation applications and training services.

For our site in Geilenkirchen (near Aachen), we are seeking a Mission Simulator Operator (f/m/d). The main responsibilities include operating Mission Simulation Training Devices, executing simulator scenarios, and supporting E-3A Mission Crew Training within your scope of work.

  • Maintain and improve skills to provide realistic training as a substitute for live flying
  • Execute mission scenarios efficiently and effectively, from scripted to autonomous operations, including independent simulator operations for individual and collective Mission Crew training
  • Operate relevant systems, mainly ASCOTtm
  • Develop and update courseware materials, provide advice and support
  • Participate actively in Mission Training through Distributed Simulation, including preparation and debriefing
  • Plan, guide, and execute simulated training events as White Force Lead
  • Contribute to scenario review, improvement, and development
  • Perform additional tasks as directed
Your Profile
  • Trade or technical school education with 5-8 years of relevant international experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills across diverse customer groups
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, service-oriented approach
  • ABM experience (CRC or E-3), fighter controller background preferred
  • Eligible for NATO Security Clearance
  • Fluent in English
