About your team:

The German Client Services department is part of the global Personal Investing and Advisory Client Services structure. Customer expectations are increasing, and our department plays a key role in providing first-line customer care. Our vision is to deliver a seamless, integrated experience to our customers and advisers, providing help, expertise, and guidance on a range of queries to build strong relationships and trust. We also promote our products and services actively, contributing to business growth and employee engagement, which helps retain talented staff.

About your role:

You will support our partners to do business with us effectively. As Manager of Key Account Services, you will be a main contact for ongoing support of our Pools and Premium partners, fostering good business relationships. Your responsibilities include assisting partners with daily requests, facilitating training via telephone, video, etc., and supporting at trade fairs like the Fondskongress. You will represent partner interests within the company and design user-friendly, effective processes, along with supporting projects and events.

About you:

  • You have completed commercial training or hold a degree with relevant experience in banking or financial services, with several years in sales or sales-oriented roles.
  • You enjoy working with people, communicating effectively, and are team-oriented.
  • You take personal responsibility, have a strong service mindset, and excel at building customer relationships.
  • You are highly flexible, eager to face new challenges, and seek new experiences.
  • You possess good English language skills.
  • You have native or near-native proficiency in German.
