You will be part of our European deskside IT support team, supporting our global tech giant customer on-site users. We troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for our aerospace, control systems, and automotive divisions within our customers.

What are you going to do?

  1. Providing standard and approved hardware and software support and maintenance on desktop devices.
  2. Responding to incidents and end-user service requests and managing them to a successful resolution.
  3. Ticket handling based on customer requirements.
  4. Providing hard and soft break-fix services for hardware and software equipment across the site.
  5. Desk-side support and PC break/fix including basic management of Windows O/S.
  6. Support, management, and maintenance of desktop configuration and installation, including patch updates and hardware replacements.
  7. Review security profiles and antivirus software on all desktop devices and take appropriate action if security requirements are not met.
  8. Working on-site in Lotte from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

What will you bring to ESP?

  • 2+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
  • Proficient German and English (minimum B2)
  • Good command of Windows O/S
  • Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
  • Understanding of network protocols, server hardware, and configurations
  • Wireless networking knowledge
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Advantage: basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts

Salary entitlement:

Our salaries are negotiable and range based on your experience and technical expertise. Once we have assessed your experience and expectations we can confirm the salary.
