Purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth in the most efficient way, maximizing the positive impact of pricing, trade investment, and product/channel mix while minimizing the negative impact of ineffective pricing strategies and non-ROI-focused activities.

- Revenue Strategy Development : Design and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution across channels, including:
- Develop and own holistic pricing strategy (promo/non-promo) for the CHB portfolio across all markets with data insights (US, UK, DE, JP, FR, CN), based on price elasticity and best practices.
- Create a global pricing strategy for markets without data and develop a playbook for local adjustments.
- Develop global promotional guidelines and lead promotional strategy in collaboration with top markets.
- Establish differentiation guidelines for DTC vs. B2B and Amazon.
- Implement processes for tracking, reviewing, and adjusting price and promo strategies, including P&L impact.
- Audit and revise existing Trade Terms and develop a globally synchronized standard with compliance at the core.
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) for P&L optimization through scenario modeling for data-driven decisions.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Regularly analyze market and competitors to identify opportunities, risks, and trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Data Analytics & Forecasting : Use advanced analytics to monitor and forecast revenue, developing predictive models for pricing and inventory decisions.
- Performance Tracking : Set KPIs, monitor revenue metrics, and report regularly to provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration with Departments : Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align strategies and meet revenue targets.
- Customer Segmentation : Analyze purchasing patterns to develop targeted strategies that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deploy SRM training materials for global sales teams.
More about you :
- University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in pricing and revenue management.
- 3-5 years as a strategic revenue or pricing manager, preferably in Consumer Electronics or FMCG.
- Highly self-motivated, independent worker with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Excellent analytical skills (Excel) and a hands-on attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
