What can you expect?

1. Assembly of metallic card clothing at customer sites and in the in-house service workshop
2. On-site training of operating and maintenance personnel
3. Training our own service technicians (m/f/d)
4. Technical support by telephone and e-mail
5. Assembly, maintenance, servicing, fault analysis, and repair of complete systems for the nonwovens industry for customers in Germany and abroad
6. Support and optimize nonwovens line production

Your Qualifications

1. Completed technical training; further training is an advantage
2. Professional experience as a service technician or operator in nonwovens production is preferred, or very good technical understanding and willingness to undergo further training
3. English language skills
4. Independent, responsible work style and organizational skills
5. Enjoyment of customer contact
6. Willingness to travel approximately 80%, including short notice, weekends, and public holidays
7. On-call duty 24/7, typically one week per month
