Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to significantly boost market share in the assigned territory and meet sales targets.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with energy storage battery distribution channels and strategic accounts.
  • Provide multi-support, training, and consulting to battery distributors, retailers, and installers.
  • Represent BYD at local industry events and forums.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and leverage opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, regularly updating upper management.
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales/Customer Account Management experience in the new energy and power system industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of project sales experience, especially with international bidding projects; grid-side energy storage experience preferred.
  • Strong technical discussion, commercial contract negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Energy Storage is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Good team player and resourceful.
  • Able to travel frequently, with occasional international travel.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
