Your Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver unified communication and collaboration services; support in creating business concepts and development for collaboration services.
• Implement business requirements using modern hybrid working methods.
• Prepare new or updated services, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with standards while developing service improvement plans.
• Utilize existing service frameworks and maintain relevant service design information.
• Support service lifecycle management in line with IT strategy, architecture roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain the solution portfolio for all UC and collaboration services in coordination with the service owner.
• Plan and manage risks associated with service changes, including stakeholder reporting.
• Plan and coordinate IT service budgets, including forecasting, charging methods, and cost distribution, ensuring costs stay within budget.
• Develop actions to investigate and resolve service faults and issues, both process and technical.

Your Profile

• University degree in computer science, IT, business informatics, or a related field, with several years of international experience in audio & video conferencing, fixed network, and mobile services.
• Extensive experience in service delivery is essential.
• Knowledge of hybrid working and collaboration methods; ITIL (V3) certification is desirable.
• Experience with Quality, Risk Management, Service Delivery/Transformation, and agile project management methods like SCRUM is advantageous.
• Experience managing international projects is a plus.
• Excellent English speaking skills; German skills are beneficial.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
