  • Collaboration in the planning, supervision, support and coordination of agile IT projects (incl. commissioning)
  • Supervision and coordination of product owners, possibly acting as product owner (on a transitional basis or as a substitute), as well as support in the introduction of specialist applications
  • Close cooperation with the specialist and IT departments of the LfU, external service providers and involvement of nature conservation IT users
  • Participation and involvement of the nature conservation administration in the modernization process

  • You work independently and on your own responsibility, are motivated and well organized
  • You enjoy teamwork and communication, as close cooperation with other employees and external project participants is important
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in German: at least level C1 CEFR) and enjoy communicating openly with people.

We offer

  • Fun in a meaningful task in an appreciative working environment
  • Taking on responsibility in a large and pioneering administrative project
  • A modern workplace and a good working atmosphere in a highly motivated team
  • flexible working hours (framework time 6:00 to 20:00) and flexible working arrangements
  • Good compatibility of work, family and private life through the possibility of up to 50% home office after three months of employment at LfU or part-time employment, provided that full-time performance of the task is ensured through job sharing
