Job Summary: We are a Procurement Business Outsourcing provider and seek a highly experienced Procurement Leader or Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will ensure the achievement of contractually agreed targets and the delivery of substantial savings, maintaining a robust savings pipeline across major EU locations. While the position will not manage direct reports, it requires a senior professional capable of strategic oversight and adept at engaging with C-level executives including CPO, CFO, and COO. We welcome candidates from the professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategically manage and enhance service delivery standards to meet and exceed contractual targets with our global logistics clients.
2. Foster strong relationships with senior client executives to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business goals.
3. Act as the Procurement Business Partner for major EU locations, driving procurement excellence and strategic initiatives.
4. Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring that all services are delivered according to the agreed-upon standards.
5. Develop and manage a savings pipeline, ensuring continuous improvement and cost reduction across all categories.
6. Lead by influence, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in consulting or service delivery within a global context, preferably in manufacturing, logistics or related industries.
2. Excellent understanding of (indirect) Procurement.
3. Proven track record of interacting and negotiating with C-level executives.
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong project management and consulting skills.
6. Ability to motivate cross-functional team to drive performance and transform organizations – digital and change advocate.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of an additional language such as German, French, Italian or Dutch are a plus.
8. Willingness to travel as needed across Europe or to Americas and APAC.
