Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement company-wide standards and processes for international assignments, considering market trends, benchmarks, and company culture, with ongoing improvements.
  2. Create strategic concepts to link international employee deployments with other HR tools such as Talent Management.
  3. Design internal communication strategies to promote awareness and opportunities of international assignments.
  4. Manage Short-, Mid-, and Long-Term assignments, including drafting assignment contracts and compensation packages, and advising assignees on relevant issues.
  5. Consult with leadership and HR teams globally on international assignments and cross-border employment options, considering requirements and costs.
  6. Ensure policies on international employee deployment are current and aligned with company needs.
  7. Collaborate with national and international service providers and relevant internal teams.
  8. Manage reporting and documentation with authorities.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in (International) Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a focus on HR.
  • Extensive experience in HR, especially in Global Mobility within a multinational matrix organization.
  • Deep knowledge of international employee deployment and cross-border employment structures.
  • Familiarity with employment, tax, and social security laws.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and MS Office.
  • Interest in diverse international tasks and familiarity with core HR processes like Talent & Performance Management.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills for seamless communication with international colleagues.
