Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide standards and processes for international assignments, considering market trends, benchmarks, and company culture, with ongoing improvements.
- Create strategic concepts to link international employee deployments with other HR tools such as Talent Management.
- Design internal communication strategies to promote awareness and opportunities of international assignments.
- Manage Short-, Mid-, and Long-Term assignments, including drafting assignment contracts and compensation packages, and advising assignees on relevant issues.
- Consult with leadership and HR teams globally on international assignments and cross-border employment options, considering requirements and costs.
- Ensure policies on international employee deployment are current and aligned with company needs.
- Collaborate with national and international service providers and relevant internal teams.
- Manage reporting and documentation with authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in (International) Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a focus on HR.
- Extensive experience in HR, especially in Global Mobility within a multinational matrix organization.
- Deep knowledge of international employee deployment and cross-border employment structures.
- Familiarity with employment, tax, and social security laws.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and MS Office.
- Interest in diverse international tasks and familiarity with core HR processes like Talent & Performance Management.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills for seamless communication with international colleagues.
