Manager Transfer Pricing (f / m / d)

Are you seeking a role in an international environment where you can contribute your expertise in transfer pricing? The HARTMANN Group offers an exciting opportunity: in our globally oriented team, you will actively shape the transfer pricing strategy, especially in TP Controversy and IC Services, working closely with internal and external partners to implement these strategies and grow professionally.

Responsibilities :
  1. Expand capabilities in ‘IC Services’ and ‘TP Controversy’ by developing group-wide IC service processes and supporting group companies in TP audits and controversy topics (e.g., MAPs).
  2. Serve as a contact point for group companies and central functions concerning transfer pricing from strategic, procedural, and tax perspectives, supporting the full range of transfer pricing issues.
  3. Design and implement projects to enhance our TP system, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  4. Develop and monitor the implementation of the group’s internal transfer pricing guidelines.
Qualifications :
  1. University degree in business administration, economics, law, or a comparable qualification. A tax consultant or similar qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  2. Broad experience in transfer pricing, ideally in an international audit or tax consulting firm or within the tax department of a multinational corporation.
  3. Knowledge of ‘IC services’ from a legal and operational perspective, with experience in tax audits and MAPs.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  5. Ability to work independently, analytically, and structured to deliver convincing solutions.
  6. Fluent communication in German and English, results-oriented.
