A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you'll directly impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We focus on leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating in ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our team and be part of a community committed to ensuring quality and affordable care worldwide. This role is based in Germany, is remote, and involves 80-100% travel across Germany and Western Europe, providing invaluable experience in diverse markets and building a strong international network.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Plan programs with the Sales Manager and other teams to train customers
• Provide technical support regarding CAS products and procedures
• Support sales and marketing during presentations and product launches
• Report account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
• Gather and report customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Complete administrative duties, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in a hospital operating room environment, is highly valued.
