About the role: The Senior Account Manager will be the primary relationship owner of a strategic group of key accounts, responsible for retention and growth within that account portfolio. This role involves providing strategic insights, supporting initiatives across departments, and ensuring excellent customer experience through consultative business development practices. The Senior AM will work directly with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic account plans, acting as the key contact for issues, escalations, and requests.
