As a Field Service Engineer, you will work across various labs, requiring a continuous learning mindset about new instruments, software, and consumables. Your Role:
  • Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of systems, including hardware, software, and networking solutions.
  • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs.
  • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to improve performance.
  • Proactively address potential equipment issues to prevent disruptions.
  • Deliver integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, OS, and applications software.
  • Train other engineers and customers in solutions.
Qualifications:

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a science field such as chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user.
  • Experience troubleshooting and solving problems.
  • Experience with Agilent solutions is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and visit customers.
