We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Architect (f/m/d) to join our team and lead the development and operation of our Engineering Suite Platform. This platform serves as a common foundation, composed of code and services, designed to facilitate the development and operation of engineering tools that support the Transformer Design Process.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain the Engineering Suite Platform to ensure robustness, scalability, and performance while supporting the complete Transformer Design Process from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate various tools and services, aligning the platform's capabilities with business goals through effective communication with product managers and stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and security, while conducting regular code reviews and audits
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the platform innovative and competitive, while identifying and mitigating potential security risks
• Prepare and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and documentation to stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and operation of the platform

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience as a Platform Architect, Software Architect, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, complemented by extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or C++, along with experience in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team setting
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, leveraging technical expertise and interpersonal skills
