Full Time | With Professional Experience

Keen to join a highly motivated team of media & digital enthusiasts responsible for growing our client’s media and marketing effectiveness globally?

We seek a passionate digital expert to join our interdisciplinary global client service team, driven by one mission: redefining excellence in media planning & buying worldwide. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of digital experience, with a focus on digital media strategy, planning, or buying. Experience with data, technology, & product solutions in the media field is advantageous. Strong project management skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to independently develop global digital projects, including collaborations with partners like Google, are essential. Experience with automotive clients and international settings is a plus.

Your mission [#1943408]

  • Create global digital maturity & capability solutions, with strategic, activation, or implementation guidelines for market roll-out, in collaboration with account teams & specialists such as Data Science or Analytics.
  • Provide expertise in digital planning, implementation, & activation, recognizing best practices and identifying market opportunities, supporting strategy & planning teams, and advising clients on digital media approaches.
  • Manage workflows and coordinate stakeholders involved in digital projects.
  • Serve as the daily client contact and coordinate with local agency partners and markets.
  • Collaborate with strategy, planning, & market engagement teams to identify opportunities and implement strategies in markets.
  • Oversee digital channel projects (programmatic, CTV, search, social) to ensure coherent strategy and execution across markets.
  • Manage relationships and projects with partners like Google, alongside the Digital Lead & Digital Account Manager.
  • Lead a team, currently consisting of one Digital Account Manager.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital media, marketing, analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong account and time management skills, proactive and organized.
  • Deep knowledge of digital planning and execution, including brand and performance marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital channels: Social, Search, Programmatic, CTV.
  • Confident communicator with clients and local teams.
  • Analytical, attentive to detail, and able to solve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to present campaign insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in working with global teams.
  • Automotive experience is advantageous.
