Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g., as an IT specialist in system integration, IT customer advisor, IT system electronics technician, IT system administrator, IT service technician, or information electronics technician; alternatively, comparable training or experience as a field service technician
• Very good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and hardware, including peripheral devices
• Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
• Experience in dealing with ticket systems
• Very good knowledge of German
• Class B driving license
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility, creativity, and reliability
