Luxe Talent, an international recruitment company specializing in the luxury and retail sectors, is looking for a GERMAN SPEAKER Recruitment Consultant to join the team remotely.

We collaborate with some of the most renowned and prestigious luxury and high-end fashion brands across Europe.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join an international company, contribute to the growth of the Italian division, and develop your professional skills through comprehensive training and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Coordinating with internal clients.
  • Building a network of qualified passive candidates.
  • Conducting pre-screening, interviews via phone, face-to-face, and Skype.
  • Sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.
  • Posting jobs and researching new sourcing avenues.
  • Managing recruiting databases and records.
  • Producing recruitment reports and market analysis.
  • Building influential relationships with candidates.
  • Representing Luxe Talent positively.

Candidate requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
