Job Description:

Join us at Straumann Group, a global leader in aesthetic dentistry, committed to innovation, quality, and providing excellent solutions for dental professionals and patients worldwide. We are seeking a Head of Marketing LAB & CCS to lead our marketing efforts in this specialized area.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Personnel responsibility, leadership, and development of the Marketing CCS team, including support and guidance for team members.
  2. Budget management, including annual planning and monthly tracking.
  3. Development of marketing strategies focusing on LAB & CCS.
  4. Creation and implementation of cross-media marketing campaigns and innovative sales and marketing concepts in coordination with sales teams.
  5. Planning and executing product launches in compliance with regulatory standards (MDR).
  6. Life-cycle management of existing portfolios.
  7. Development of training and event concepts, including organization with relevant departments.
  8. Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, speakers, and influencers among dentists and dental technicians for Medentika and CCS.
  9. Coordination of cross-functional projects, such as the introduction of third-party products.
  10. Managing relationships with distributors.
  11. Conducting ongoing competitive analysis.
  12. Focusing on customer engagement, trade shows, and conferences.
  13. Collaborating closely with the Business Unit LAB & CCS leadership and other team leaders.
  14. Working with the Marketing and Digital Communication departments and other related units.
Your Qualifications:
  1. Several years of experience in Med Tech marketing management, preferably as a product or marketing manager.
  2. Proficiency in German and English (negotiation and presentation skills).
  3. High commitment, flexibility, and mobility.
  4. Willingness to travel.
  5. Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  6. Leadership experience.
  7. Sales and marketing-oriented mindset.
