Responsibilities

Participants will engage in client contact and business development activities.

• Assist in preparing proposals for individual assignments and contribute to increasingly complex offers
• Recruit specialists and team members for projects
• Support project management tasks, including reporting, service delivery, conferences, and team coordination
• Ensure quality control of contract outputs

Experience & Skill Requirements

• Commitment and passion for international development
• Outstanding academic credentials with a degree in International Studies, Political Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, European Studies, or similar fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and full computer literacy
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage
