Job Description:

Colt provides network, voice, and data centre services to thousands of businesses worldwide, enabling them to focus on their core goals instead of infrastructure management.

Role Purpose: Support the development and execution of sales strategies by identifying new clients and opportunities, working closely with existing clients to ensure retention, and negotiating contracts for mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define, own, and lead the technology solution strategy for high-profile, complex Network and CyberSecurity customer engagements.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, operations, and delivery teams to create comprehensive client proposals that highlight business and technology value.
  3. Partner with the Commercial Client Partner to align on commercial, legal, and contractual strategies within the sales process.
  4. Support account teams in developing new business, upselling, and cross-selling within focus accounts.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert in consultative technology sales, especially in Networking and Network Security, and related areas like Cloud and Voice/UC.
  6. Demonstrate leadership skills in critical customer engagements involving multiple functions.
  7. Negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
  8. Coordinate with regional and global sales teams on strategic bids to meet revenue targets.
  9. Lead pricing, product positioning, and commercial decisions with partners.
  10. Ensure internal coordination for cost management, budgeting, and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
