Development, implementation, and review of our tax policies and strategies.
Minimizing tax risks and ensuring global tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns.
Improving and maintaining a robust tax process for period-end closing.
Supporting VAT/GST projects across Europe and globally, in collaboration with external tax advisors.
Overseeing the global transfer pricing system, including maintenance and documentation.
Assisting other teams with the tax aspects of new product implementations and supporting global product expansion.
Maintaining our ERP system (Workday) from a tax perspective.
Possessing a university degree or vocational training in tax or accounting, with relevant experience.
Experience with German taxation.
Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
Tax Advisor exam is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a high-growth environment.
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
Passionate about process optimization.
Proactive, autonomous, and able to handle ambiguity.
