We are currently hiring a Mechanical and HVAC Package Manager for a large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction Project in Frankfurt, Germany. Responsibilities

  • Safety First: Prioritize safety and health, promote compliance, intervene in unsafe practices, and participate in safety audits and meetings.
  • Scope & Coordination: Understand contract scope, monitor site activities, participate in planning meetings, and ensure coordination among teams.
  • Quality: Oversee contractors' quality plans, conduct inspections, ensure standards, and manage system walkdowns and close-outs.
  • Commercial: Be familiar with contracts, advise on scope changes and claims, and track resource loading and project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated or strong trades background.
  • 10-15 years' experience in construction, especially live sites.
  • Experience in life sciences or mission-critical projects is desirable.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills.
