Mission

For one of our clients, an industrial company located in Luxembourg-Strassen, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a

  • Follow up orders from quotation to payment in a timely and efficient manner, for all customers
  • Raise orders and process invoices for machine projects / staged payment deliveries.
  • Handle contract setup / updates, liaise with legal / management / commercial departments.
  • Monitor call-offs, stock orders, allocations, and consignment stock.
  • Set up / update / communicate price lists & pricing structures to customers.
  • Follow all procedures related to discounts / rebates contracts.
  • Manage customers’ expectations regarding lead times and proactively chase backorder items.
  • Address customer queries (late deliveries, faulty goods, stock discrepancies, etc.).
  • Provide customers with datasheets, account creation, etc., upon request.
  • Pass on inquiries beyond their scope to internal sales / external sales / project sales, etc.
  • Follow MR (material return) processes for defective or wrong deliveries.
  • Raise credit notes for material returns / price discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and monitor order fulfillment (logistics, production, finance, etc.).
  • Set up new accounts / send customer credit application forms.
  • Take full responsibility for certain designated accounts.
  • Monitor the completion of customer questionnaires.
Profile

Ideally, a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Fluent in Dutch, English, and French is mandatory.

Customer-oriented, resilient, with a professional phone manner.

Autonomous, organized, motivated, and team-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Excellent internal & external communication skills.

Good knowledge of and competency with Windows environment.

Interest in technical equipment.

Ability to solve problems.

This is a temporary contract leading to a permanent position (CDI), starting ASAP.

Salary: Depending on profile and experience (€3300-€4000 gross).
