Job Description:

To support our Customer Care team, we are seeking a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide advisory and support services for our international premium clients regarding the order process
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Deliver top-tier customer service with a strong understanding of e-commerce
  • Continuously improve internal processes
  • Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments

WHO YOU ARE

  • Native proficiency in US or UK English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry
  • Attention to detail when handling customer data
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive with strong organizational and time management skills
