Your responsibilities:

  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Develop strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Connect easily with potential clients.
  • Achieve KPIs, meet deadlines, and reach monthly targets.
  • Have experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Communicate effectively in French and English. German and Luxembourgish are assets.
