We are looking for a

Process Analyst Finance (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our locations in Verl or Baden-Baden – flexible working conditions available

You will be part of our international Operational Finance team within our Finance Functional Unit.

Our team is responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting standardized processes for ongoing financial assessments of our IT platforms.

Your key tasks include:

• Planning and executing assessments of our IT platforms using your project management skills.
• Coordinating the focus of examinations with stakeholders such as Finance, Tech, and Internal Audit.
• Managing audit processes relevant to Finance/Accounting, performing audit procedures independently, and recommending actions.
• Preparing audit reports.
• Ensuring implementation of recommendations, coordinating with IT development, and monitoring the progress.
• Developing the Financial Process Assessment area, such as standard audit catalogs and collaborating with Internal Auditing (Bertelsmann).

What you bring:

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, with ideally some professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, data, and process analysis.
• Process and business understanding, with some accounting knowledge being an advantage.
• Self-initiative, motivation, strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and assertiveness.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
