We are seeking a Senior Manager (m/f/x) - Plan to Forecast (P2F) & Cost Controlling at our Munich headquarters.

The Position:

• Lead the regional scope of Global Business Services (GBS) in the 'Plan to Forecast' processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling.
• Support the development and stabilization of GBS organizational structures and processes in the European Service Center.
• Collaborate with service line teams and ensure interface coverage and process efficiency.
• Manage activities related to P2F and cost controlling, including cost analysis, monitoring, and adherence to guidelines.
• Design and oversee cost allocation logic and cycles, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies, implement measures for compliance, and serve as the main contact for cost accounting and allocations.
• Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain documentation for internal controls and coordinate improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior colleagues and participate in or lead projects to optimize processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA) preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in Controlling, Management Accounting, or related fields, with relevant experience in Group or Management Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of international experience, preferably in a global environment.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, with stakeholder management skills.

Skills and Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Finance & Controlling, IFRS, and accounting principles.
• Excellent project and process management skills, including process design and optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, Power BI), and MS Office.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, intercultural collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Customer-centric approach and strong business partnering mentality.
• Ability to work constructively in conflicts and dynamic environments, especially within GBS or shared services.
• Knowledge of pharma industry is a plus.
