Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) teams are rapidly growing and focused on advanced automotive technologies across multiple domains.

Your mission

• Responsible for the sound quality of sound systems, developing the brand tuning sound quality style.
• Develop car sound quality targets and tuning strategies, taking responsibility for sound quality.
• Ensure the competitiveness of sound quality, including industry-leading audio software and hardware technologies and sound quality debugging technologies.

Your areas of expertise

• Good knowledge in digital signal processing.
• Professional background in acoustics, signal processing; proficiency in automotive acoustics tuning tools and methods; familiarity with key audio technologies such as audio DSP, power amplifiers, loudspeakers, and acoustics layout.
• Extensive industry experience, independently leading the system design and tuning of multiple high-end products.
• Industry recognition through awards or influence in music and art is preferred.
