Your Tasks - What You can expect as Data Scientist (f/m/d)?

You collaborate with your data science team members to identify new business use cases and present them to your business stakeholders.

You present new insights to C-level executives from different business units within the organization.

You develop predictive models, implement prototypes, and guide your team in interpreting model results in a business context.

You embed your data-driven decision algorithms in business operations and track their functionality alongside your business partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You work in a cross-functional agile environment with an international team.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Data Scientist (f/m/d)?

• You have a Master’s or PhD degree in Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role, with relevant expertise in supply chain, customer segmentation, and manufacturing.
• You are experienced in working in agile teams and can proactively explore and communicate findings to a cross-functional team including business, engineering, and IT to deliver business use cases.
• You possess an analytical mindset with strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and common BI tools such as Tableau, Celonis, or Power BI to implement business reports and BI solutions.
• You have strong expertise in cloud and on-premise storage systems, preferably MS SQL Server, SAP BW, and Azure storage services.
• You demonstrate advanced programming skills in languages such as Python and R, particularly concerning AI/ML development.
• You are familiar with best practices in data extraction, loading, and transformation to support business requirements.
• You are capable of analyzing and communicating findings related to process optimization scenarios.
• You are fluent in English and preferably also in German.
