• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 1:45PM – 12:15AM, overtime and weekends as needed

SUMMARY

Flexible Metal Inc. is seeking Machine Operators whose primary responsibility is to operate machinery to run parts for production meeting productivity and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner adhering to company safety policies.
• Inspect parts for proper dimensions and visual defects as well as assist in identifying the cause of errors and other defects.
• Observe continuous operation of machines to ensure products meet quality specifications and detect jams or malfunctions, reporting them to the Team Lead.
• Accurately complete proper documentation for each operation.
• Make clean and effective hand-offs from shift to shift.
• Complete basic tasks.
• Follow directions and work well in a team.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
