  • Developing technical solutions, products, and services
  • Actively acquiring customers
  • Launching new products on the market and reporting market needs to the global management team
  • Conducting market analyses and identifying potential beyond our current business
  • Interacting with existing customers across all regions
  • Ensuring active communication between all regions
  • Negotiating and managing contracts
You Know

You have successfully completed a master’s degree in engineering or hold a comparable qualification with a metallurgical background. Additionally, we seek candidates with proven abilities such as:

  • Several years of professional experience in sales and metallurgical plant construction (minimum 3-5 years)
  • Experience managing international teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (demonstration, presentation, negotiation)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, independence, and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25%)
