Your Role

In this role, you serve a crucial position as an expert, solutions engineer, and customer-facing professional that brings together a customer-focused mindset with true WMS expertise and knowledge. You ensure optimal functionality of our Blue Yonder (JDA Discrete) Warehouse Management Systems, act as a trainer for users and key users, and as a designer for processes and new solutions within the selected systems.

Your Responsibilities

1. Realise implementation and migration projects in the system environment of our Warehouse and Transport Management Systems, including integration of external service providers and applications
2. Act as a solution-oriented and communicative interface function between our customers, the operational business, and the internal technical departments
3. Ensure the optimal functionality of our Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management Systems, coupled with transport systems and further peripherals
4. Train users and key users in the selected Warehouse Management Systems
5. Analyse and optimise workflows as well as process designs for the used systems
6. Support in tender analyses and offer calculations

Your Skills and Experiences

1. Completed university degree with a technical focus and/or completed vocational training, preferably in one of these areas: IT, Warehousing, Forwarding
2. Implementation know-how with Blue Yonder (JDA Discrete) WMS
3. Professional experience in the field of warehousing or contract logistics (in warehouse processes, organization, and distribution) necessary
4. High IT prowess and pronounced solution competence
5. Very good English language skills in speaking and writing are a must / German language skills are required as well, but can be trained on-the-job if necessary
6. Willingness to travel up to 75% in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
