Program Overview

The Nuveen Rotational Program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and the ability to experience and gain exposure to many facets of our organisation. The environment is challenging, hands on, and full of growth opportunities. Candidates can expect to work within the investment teams and learn the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver high quality results for our investors/clients.

The program begins in September 2025 in our Frankfurt new office considered one of the most modern CBD Office Project in Frankfurt “The Four”. We have circa 60 employees in this location across Real Estate Investment & Asset Management in Sectors Logistics/Office/Retail/Living/Alternatives, Fund and Transaction Structuring, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing & Client Service.

Program Highlights

This is a 2-year rotational program. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to get grips with everything within the Real Estate Group. You will gain hands on experience across a the business with the opportunity to have rotations within different sectors of Real Estate.

You will have the opportunity to;

• Contribute to production of investment memorandums;

• Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development activities;

• Prepare product presentations, proposals, and recommendations;

• Respond to inquiries from external business partners, as well as business partners across the organisation.

You will have unique networking opportunities and access to Nuveen Senior Leadership; experience ongoing personal and professional development opportunities and participate in financial services and behavioural based training.

What skills & competencies we require:

• You will need to have attained at least the equivalent of a 2.1 from a recognized University and have graduated by summer 2025.

• A demonstrated passion for investment management in particular Real Estate.

• Examples of professional & personal commitment to excellence.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and writing skills.

• Demonstrable competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular high competence in Excel to do financing modelling

• Prior internship experience is a plus.

• Ability to adapt and embrace change.

• Desire to continuously learn.

• Must be fluent in German and English.
