1. Architecting, designing, and scaling data analytics solutions
2. Predictive modeling, data science, mining, visualization, and implementing algorithms
3. Writing statistical sections of study protocols
4. Collaborating closely with study teams
5. Communicating results effectively to stakeholders
6. Refining and defending data analytics standards
7. Processing large datasets and creating user-friendly application interfaces

You will also:

1. Meet timelines and maintain high-quality deliverables according to standards
2. Provide RWD/RWE advice to stakeholders

Who you are:

• Background in health and life sciences (biostatistics, epidemiology) or quantitative data sciences
• Doctoral and/or master’s degree (e.g., PhD, MSc) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, or related field
• Extensive experience with RWD/RWE (4-8 years) in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in writing and implementing statistical analysis plans
• Experience processing large real-world datasets
• Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI is a plus
• Coding experience in R is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage scientifically
• Collaborative and proactive working style, capable of working independently
