Workday is seeking outstanding Pre-Sales Solution Consultants in Germany for our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite in the large enterprise segment. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase our product and extend the value of next-generation HCM Applications for new customers.

Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultants utilize their in-depth knowledge of Workday’s HCM enterprise software and industry expertise to provide deep functional insights throughout the sales process. Working as part of the Solution Consulting team, individual Solution Consultants collaborate with Account Executives to explore an organization’s current environment, deliver impactful presentations, and demonstrate how Workday’s enterprise applications can meet requirements, address business concerns, and generate value.

Tasks/Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
  2. Assist in closing sales opportunities by understanding and addressing questions about our solutions, services, and training.
  3. Contribute to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds, and sales cycle planning.
  4. Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
  5. Assist sales in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  6. Build trusted advisory relationships with key customer stakeholders involved in evaluation processes.
  7. Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge through Workday’s learning opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Experience and Skills:
  • Professional experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Consulting, or HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administrative systems.
  • Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Strong functional expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
