Position: Data Analytics Expert for Safety Related Systems (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Innovate to explore new paths for safer autonomous driving systems, challenging the state-of-the-art in data analysis.
• Extract key insights about vehicular traffic from large self-driving and human driving data sets.
• Support safety argumentation with evidence from real-world data analysis.
• Develop effective verification and validation (V&V) measures and data collection requirements for safety data analysis.
• Stay current with the latest data analysis technologies, AI, industry standards, regulations, trends, and best practices.

Your Expertise

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in data analytics, statistics, and probability frameworks applied to large data sets.
• Proficiency in Bayesian methods, Monte Carlo simulations, sensitivity analysis, data mining, or similar approaches.
• Experience in risk estimation and quantification for safety-critical applications in regulated environments.
• Proactive attitude and ability to motivate team members.
• Professional English proficiency; German and/or Chinese are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel abroad up to 25% of the time.
