Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Identify cross and up-sell potentials and promote the entire TeamViewer product platform.
  • Prepare and track bids to ensure monthly goals are met.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support department to ensure high service satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics, or a relevant field. Equivalent commercial experience is also acceptable.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.
  • Experience in sales, especially with up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Ideally, experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enjoyment working in an international team.
