Business Analyst TUI Flight Fulfillment (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Business Analyst TUI Flight Fulfillment (f/m/d) for our IT team in Bremen with immediate effect.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Deliver Flight Fulfillment Services from conception to deployment within a cross-functional team, operating across multiple markets in a global structure.
- Define, document, and communicate business, user, and system requirements to facilitate the implementation of new changes and enhancements to our digital platforms.
- Evaluate solution options considering business needs, development perspectives, and technical feasibility.
- Contribute to ongoing growth and digital transformation by leveraging your understanding of systems and processes.
- Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Product Owner and Technology Lead to prioritize and manage complex tasks.
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in (business) informatics or relevant professional experience in a technical environment.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex problems and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, process modeling, and test/use case writing.
- Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation.
- Experience in creating and analyzing detailed functional specifications, system design, data, and business rules.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria/scenarios.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Professional experience related to post-booking processes in the air travel industry, familiarity with systems like New Skies, Amadeus, Farelogix, and knowledge of NDC and NDC-X data formats.
- Understanding of data exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and API technologies (REST, SOAP, Postman).
- Knowledge of database queries (SQL), microservice architecture, and AWS services.
