Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate

Responsibilities:

• Utilize channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and identify the best fit for roles.
• Coordinate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Maintain a pipeline of talented candidates and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to source candidates within and outside Germany.
• Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software is advantageous.
