We are currently seeking a (Senior) Controller (m/f/d) to join our finance department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and recommend actionable strategies.
3. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analysis.
4. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
6. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications include:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
2. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
4. Deep understanding of SaaS business models is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
