MedChemExpress (MCE) is a leading supplier of life science reagents, including bioactive small molecules, peptides, recombinant proteins, and more. We also offer services such as custom chemical synthesis, virtual screening, and compound screening. To support our growth, we seek a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for our Isotope products, based in the UK, France, or Germany (work from home).

Position Overview

This full-time role involves achieving sales targets, promoting our brand and products, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in marketing events. The role requires regular travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales growth and targets for Isotope products in your region.
  2. Promote MedChemExpress and its products within your sales area.
  3. Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits and professional communication.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
  5. Provide accurate product and promotion information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members and participate in branding and marketing activities.
  7. Conduct market research and share insights to aid marketing strategies.
  8. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and gather customer data.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience or biomedical research experience.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in sales activities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and work under pressure.
