Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement und Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Your Mission

As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the financial operations of Koa Switzerland AG (KSAG) and Koa Germany GmbH (KGG). You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, manage compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and drive the optimization of financial processes. Your expertise will support our management team in decision-making, investor relations, and the overall financial health of the Koa group.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Internal and External Accounting (KGG / KSAG)
  • Overseeing accounting, working closely with external accountants
  • Coordinating annual statutory audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing tax returns submission and optimizing financial processes and systems
Controlling
  • Planning, budgeting, and forecasting for both entities and group consolidation
  • Conducting financial performance analysis and reporting on KPIs
  • Identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting management in strategic decision-making
Treasury
  • Managing cash flow, liquidity planning (KGG / KSAG)
  • Overseeing and optimizing intercompany transactions, FX risk management, and the group's working capital
  • Monitoring quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreements
Corporate Finance
  • Providing regular financial reports to management, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Developing financing strategies, managing capital structure, and liaising with investors, banks, and other financial partners
  • Overseeing employee share program and supporting senior management in fundraising and due diligence processes of new investors
Your profile
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
  • Experience in financial management, controlling, or a similar role, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in consolidating financial statements for local and international entities with a strong understanding of German and/or Swiss financial regulations and tax laws
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., DATEV), advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools
  • Fluency in English and German (both at least C1 level)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to independently drive financial process improvements and collaborate across departments
