A Day in the Life

As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our team and be part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care around the world. This position will be based in Germany and will be a remote position. It offers the chance to work across Germany and Western Europe, with 80-100% travel, providing invaluable experience in diverse markets and building a strong international network.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning programmes with the Sales Manager and other groups to train customers
• Providing technical support regarding CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during presentations and new product introductions
• Reporting account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
• Collecting and reporting customer feedback, product and legal issues, and complaints
• Carrying out administrative duties, including activity reports to the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

Experience in the medical device industry, including hospital operating rooms, is highly valued.
