Senior Information Security Consultant

As a Senior Information Security Consultant, you will play a key role in developing DataGuard further by being responsible for the entire customer lifecycle for our new InfoSec SaaS product and expanding it.

1. You will use our platform to advise our customers on information security in their company and create information security management systems (ISMS) "from scratch," which you will continue to support once they have been successfully set up.
2. You will lead our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as TISAX️ and ISO 27001.
3. You will support our Sales and Customer Success Team in cross- and up-selling to existing customers.
4. You will continuously develop our InfoSec solution by providing qualified feedback to our product team.

Profile

Must:

• Have gained sound professional experience in IT and information security.
• Have practical experience with management systems such as TISAX️, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or SOC2.
• Have worked in customer-related roles (consulting, project management, customer support, or similar).
• Possess very good communication and presentation skills in excellent German and English.
• Have a process- and customer-oriented mindset.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in IT and information security and have an interest in data protection.
• Possess IT-oriented studies or training.
• Have experience in SaaS or legal tech environments.
