The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization, playing a key leadership role across multidisciplinary teams. You will guide complex consulting engagements, create strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, and work across the intersection of Business and IT solutions, transformations impacting the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success.

You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery consulting practice, develop recovery frameworks, and act as a thought leader in incident recovery. Your role demands industry expertise, a strong presence, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You will foster talent development and innovation within the organization.

This role also involves leading client engagement, delivering high-quality work, and supporting post-deal implementation, focusing on financial impact, utilization, client impact, and leadership.

Contribute to Profitable Growth:

  • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  • Manage growth, margins, and backlog
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities
  • Negotiate scopes and fees, ensuring profitability and risk management

Client Engagement:

  • Build relationships with CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Assess recovery readiness, define strategic roadmaps, and align recovery strategies with business goals
  • Oversee implementation of DR and ITSCM practices, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 22301, NIST
  • Conduct forensic analysis and root cause assessments
  • Lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives
  • Enhance client satisfaction and secure references

Operational Excellence:

  • Achieve utilization targets
  • Design complex engagements and oversee delivery

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of development, curiosity, and innovation

Strategic Contribution:

  • Shape and drive strategic initiatives using industry expertise
  • Align with Kyndryl’s vision and contribute to its execution
  • Establish a strong industry presence and develop thought leadership

Who You Are

  • Experienced with a growth mindset, customer focus, and inclusivity

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years in cyber incident response, recovery, or ITSCM
  • Proven client engagement at the executive level
  • Expertise in DR and ITSCM frameworks
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Certifications like CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII are desirable
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Experience managing complex projects and driving revenue
  • Deep industry and technology knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
