Your Role

• Support the client’s production planning activities across different project phases, including problem definition, requirements understanding, effort estimation, project deployment & execution.
• Participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions within Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms.
• Act as an interface with client stakeholders to deliver Manufacturing Method (MoM) tasks in PLM, known as CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning), including defining/maintaining project plans, integrating activities, conducting weekly progress meetings, and managing quick turnaround and export-restricted tasks.
• Conduct risk assessments and update mitigation actions as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, particularly in manufacturing process planning (MoM) using PLM Teamcenter Engineering Manufacturing Process Planning module for CAPP authoring.
• Proficiency in CAPP authoring using Teamcenter (Silver and Blue Standards), and bridging CAPP to Simatec IT/MES.
• Exposure to Gas Turbine / Aero engine domains with experience in Technical Pack creation.
• Strong project management and customer interface skills.
• Fluent communication skills in German & English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Tools: MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams; hands-on experience with Teamcenter; exposure to UG NX is preferred.
