Omnivise T3000 is a leading control system in the energy market, playing a crucial role in the global energy transition. As a T3000 Lead Tester, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting test activities within an agile development process, ensuring product quality through functional testing, and working within a global, interdisciplinary team.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  1. Plan, execute, and document feature-based tests.
  2. Install and configure automation levels in T3000 test systems (hardware and software).
  3. Identify, evaluate, and analyze reported problems; plan and release error corrections.
  4. Drive technical clarifications across agile teams and participate in communities of practice.
  5. Support the T3000 hotline and training center, including training on new functionalities.
  6. Advise product managers and owners on requirements.
What You Bring
  1. Master’s degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, Master of Science, or comparable), with several years of professional experience.
  2. Experience in control technology systems, preferably in power plants or renewable energies, and knowledge of distributed control systems and design.
  3. Knowledge of risk assessment, information security, data protection, and related regulations; experience with agile development (SAFe) is a plus.
  4. Experience in test automation, with tools like QF-Test and Selenium.
  5. Cybersecurity skills including network and system administration (Linux and Windows), penetration testing, hardening, malware protection, and vulnerability management.
  6. Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
